    Spacious Luxury Floor Plans

    Our apartment homes have been artistically designed with a modern aesthetic that complements the unique features of our one and two bedroom open-concept floor plans. Large windows bring in ample natural lighting while contemporary features like pendant lighting, wood-style flooring, and quartz countertops give your home a fashionable feel. Fit for a chef, our spacious gourmet kitchens are equipped with sleek stainless-steel appliances, gas ranges, and expansive islands offering additional counter space. Whether you’re taking a shower in your custom shower or cozying up on your own private balcony/patio, your home provides the ideal setting for unwinding after a long day. We have also included functional amenities such as electronic entry, large closets and your own washer and dryer.

    No security deposit is required, but a one-time $350 per occupant (or $400 for singles) non-refundable move-in fee is charged.  There is no admin fee and the application fee is $36 per occupant.  There is a Bundled Services Package Charge of $200/month for the first occupant and $25/month for each additional occupant which includes high-speed Xfinity internet, natural gas, trash, and use of common area amenities.  Monthly metered water and electric expenses are the responsibility of tenants.
